Mariama Jobarteh is the Founder of FANTANKA and serves as the driving force behind the organisation. She provides technical assistance and supports senior management to drive the workforce and resources of the organisation towards long-term strategic goals, growth and sustainability. She supports the organisation in the areas of Gender Justice, Culturally Sensitive and Trauma Informed programs towards achieving its mission and vision.
