In celebration of the upcoming International Day for Global Citizenship (#IDGC2024), FANTANKA is proud to announce the launch of its regional safe spaces for children, funded by @ATJLF_. These vital spaces are designed to foster empowerment and create a safe environment for learning, growth, and leadership among young people.

The newly established safe spaces will serve as inclusive hubs where children can engage in educational activities, develop essential life skills, and cultivate their leadership potential. Our goal is to ensure that every child has a voice and is empowered to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

By providing these supportive environments, we aim to inspire confidence and resilience in young people, encouraging them to take active roles in shaping their futures. We recognize that fostering a sense of security and belonging is crucial for children’s development, and we are committed to building a brighter future where every child’s voice is heard.

As part of this initiative, we are particularly focused on promoting the leadership of young girls through our #GirlsLead and #EmpowerHer campaigns. We believe that empowering girls is essential for creating a more equitable and just society.
